What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
The meetings just work and calling in hasn't let us down when trying to include everyone external who needs to attend meetings. The reliability and lack of quirks has been amazing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity of setting up a meeting and attaching one to an Outlook meeting is a very seamless process. We've had to use very little effort to make sure people in the company know how to set up and work with meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have noticed that my camera brightness on my computer doesn't play well with Webex for some reason. I can work around this with the built-in brightness controls, but the camera looks find in anything else without messing with this. Other than that, it works very well for everything we use it for.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I definitely recommend giving Webex Meetings a try to see how well it works in your environment. I feel it definitely works more reliably than Teams. We do have Cisco as our phone system, so this factors into the recommendation. If you have Cisco for phones, using Webex Meetings makes a lot of sense.

That every feature is so easy to find. Also, this works so well on the low bandwidths too.

Some features like breakout rooms are missing.
