WebEx is now utilized in a few departments, but we've had requests to extend its use. WebEx allows people who cannot meet in person to interact in a number of ways to work successfully together. WebEx is primarily used for off-site desktop sharing and remote control. Other elements that we employ include productivity tools and registration. You may quickly add WebEx to Outlook meetings using these tools, making the process easier for our users. It is quite simple to create a link and then attend the meeting using that link. If you don't have the app, you may still attend the meeting via internet.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It enables you to join in or plan any business or training meeting. Connect your office with video, audio conversations, texting, and other means. The Webex recording tool is simple to use, and it is simple to distribute jobs to other Webex participants. I discovered that Webex VOIP capability works really well. It lets me move between different audio devices linked to my PC, and the controls are simple to use. This is a feature that I have sought in competitor solutions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When I compare prices for different options, Webex is generally towards the top of the list. We are having difficulty recording to Webex while utilizing a third-party conference bridge. There was a security issue while using Windows OS, but it has since been resolved in subsequent versions; occasionally, there is also a connectivity issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Webex is an excellent platform for high-quality audio and video conversations, as well as other meeting-related tasks. In a large company, I believe it can be used for a variety of purposes, and to meet scale needs, various types of collaboration solutions are required (I believe Webex has four different solutions that can be bundled together), and Webex makes more sense because its product line is broad enough to cover any situation.

I like how Webex Meetings allows me to chat face to face with customers, friends and family members. It is a very nice and intuitive application that does not demand any training to use. It is super easy and fast to implement and get started with. The video quality is great thus making it awesome application for conferencing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With the help of Webex Meetings, i can contact my colleagues, friends and customers regardless of where they are. It has a nice and intuitive dashboard which is quite easy to learn and understand within a very short period of time. It also enables us to schedule meetings and we can invite others to join via link.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only challenge i have ever encountered is when my internet connection is slow, this affects the performance of the application and may end up taking longer than expected to fully function. But this not a major issue.

I love everything about Webex Meetings and to others also i recommend it.

When we deployed Webex Meetings, the platform was automatically configured to the most secure settings and preferences possible. They are hyper-focused on user privacy, and have committed to never sharing user data or intelligence

Wider range of controls for meeting hosts, including file transfers and the ability to remove attendees

What do you dislike most about this product?

Webex Meetings interface is not as intuitive. Some features are difficult to locate, and users required dedicated training upon system launch

Webex Meetings is a mature voice platform and is a viable solution for enterprise voice communications in your organizations, with a full unified architecture platform
