It is very easy to setup meeting and security is top notch.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Virtual white board feature is awesome.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing as of now, one thing is that they need to enable file sharing over the meeting.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
The UI is very user-friendly even for beginners.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Performs well in team meetings and quick communication via audio & video.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The voice of the speaker breaks quite often, which creates problems for other attendees, particularly for large meetings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
WebEx is definitely well suited to a situation where a few people are working collaboratively and need to be able to share resources and documents with each other remotely. WebEx is not well suited as a presentation tool to an audience that the speaker is not interacting with. It is just not set up to function like that very well.
