Good audio/video conferencing tool for companies.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
We were seeking for an online video conferencing program, and Webex is one of the best; it has all of the wonderful features you could want. Because remote work cooperation is essential, my firm uses Cisco Webex Meeting to organize team meetings that recipients may attend by mobile phone if necessary. The connection is quite safe, and Cisco is a well-known security brand.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Webex Meeting is a superb video/audio conferencing tool that allows participants to share screens, works on low bandwidth internet, has a nice and easy-to-use user interface, and strong animation/reaction features. It connects with Outlook and hence makes it easier to organize meetings while verifying the availability of the attendees. Aside from that, it offers the ability to attend the conference through browser, making things easier if the app is not installed or causes issues.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I mostly use Webex Meeting on Mac OS; it takes a little longer to load the first time than other programs, and when someone hits the mute/unmute button, the software notifies users with an annoying sound. When the basic characteristics required to set up a communication structure are considered, the cost is higher than that of competing tools on the market. The package includes expensive calling and conference options, making the overall solution inefficient.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If security is critical and you can afford to pay a bit more, Cisco Webex Meetings is an excellent solution. That provides you all the required functions to carry out team or customer meetings.

Webex Meetings compared with other competitors offers exceptional security and cloud storage capability (10 GB).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Product is very reliable and stable, it offers great security, and the insane cloud storage definitely comes in handy. Also having the option to have meetings up to 200 people might come in handy to some users
What do you dislike most about this product?
Compared to competitors like Zoom horrendous ease of use. From registration to usage everything feels clunky and slow, ui doesn't seem attractive to me, though it has plenty of features I had to look up how to use them which obviously is a big problem.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think for big enterprises it is the perfect product which offers great security and a great customer service, also the same enterprises can train their employees on this product to make the ease of use not a problem. If a company wants to buy the product definitely go for the enterprise version

Great on screen sharing and remote control on presentation. Integrate with other tools sucj as outlook and zoom.

Enables live meetings presentation. Easy to use. Provides great analytics. Clear audio and quality video

It is well suited for organisations thay wide spread with branches or teams working remotely. It helps the teams and organization to share information by providing a secure, reliable and stable communication platform
