The degree of customization and the data and analytics available for user interactions

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I loved the self service help menu you could customize for your end user to access just-in-time training resources

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pretty steep learning curve. Took me like 6 months before I really knew what I was doing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Utilize the walkme training resources and love sessions with customer success to learn the tool and build your help community
