Very difficult to use and not worth the money

What differentiates Vonage Business Communications from other similar products?
They have a very old integration with Salesforce for routing calls and passing call records into the crm

Integration with Salesforce
What do you dislike most about this product?
The list is very long. It is very hard to build/change/edit anything from an admin stand point. It is very difficult to use from an end user and manager standpoint too. They are missing some features/functionalities that most competitors have. They also don’t have a different license type for staff that need a dial tone but not all of the bells and whistles.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Really consider how many of the Salesforce integration pieces are important for your business and see if they can be accomplished with another vendor via their apis. It may still take developer work with the other vendors, but every other part of the system can easily live with team leaders. Whereas with Vonage you would need IT to manage that stuff too
