Easier to use, simple interface

The desktop interface is the best aspect

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile app really needs to be more robust

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would look at the cost and make sure that you're checking out more innovative competitors, such as DriveCentric. We're a small tech-phobic store, so we just wanted a simple inexpensive tool, and this delivers without any fatal flaws. But there are better and more robust tools out there, if you're willing to spend for them.
