What is Vervoe?

Vervoe predicts job performance using skills assessments that showcase the talent of every candidate. Vervoe helps employers make hiring decisions based on how well candidates can actually do the job instead of how good they look on paper. Vervoe replaces the traditional hiring process with skills assessments and gives every candidate an opportunity to showcase their talent by doing job-related tasks. Then, Vervoe uses machine learning models to automatically rank candidates based on how well they perform.

What differentiates Vervoe from other similar products?

I wouldn't be able to comment, have not used enough products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The effiency. We had great results in a very short time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would have been good to have more options to filter the candidates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We used it mostly to hire juniors and graduates and it was excellent in ensuring we were fair and everyone had the same process. If you have a high volume of applications then I highly recommend this, it'll make hiring much easier.

Integration landscape, pricing, breadth of assessments available.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integrates in one click with SmartRecruiters. Assessments then trigger automatically there when moving folks through pipeline stages. Saved us tons of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing at all. Used it for 2 years and not one negative thing to say.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Purchase it. Very few similar things out there.

It's ability to create tailor-fit tests and constant improvements on existing features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of access. Sharing tests and results is very easy to do; could be done within their web app or mobile.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No complaints as an end-user.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Worth it for it's price. Finding a competitor that offers more at a lower price is almost impossible.
