Biggest plus point for Vena is, its excel based so we can train people easily.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BI integration as it saves lots of time. We can set KPIs which we are important and need to be tracked regularly and within few click we can get the required results.

When we have large amout of data. sometime it taks a while to refresh and may crash.Its

What differentiates Vena Complete Planning from other similar products?

The organisation, centralisation and security of the data provided by the tool makes it stand out. It is very easy to streamline the data collected and to create reusable templates for financial operations. No matter how big the data is, Vena handles it quite comfortably and sharing the reports is easy too. On top of that, the ease of using custom plugins is something that has helped me the most.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product provides superb flexibility to setup the financial process in whatever way it is supposed to be done. The customer support team too is very helpful and provides resolution to almost every problem within 24 hours. The best part about Vena is its user interface which does not require much technical usage and can be used by anyone in the team. Multiple users can collaborate at the same time and the solution is scalable organisation wide.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing that I don't like about Vena is that I have to download the file each time after creating a report. Instead, it would be better if I could host it online maybe like a dashboard. Another thing about Vena is that it takes some time to understand the product and its features. One must have good knowledge of Excel and Vena and then business reporting is just a piece of cake

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Vena is really good for financial and budget reporting and is pretty easy to use. Definitely, a product worth trying out and I'm sure it will reduce almost all the manual efforts being taken to create these reports. The customer support team is actually very helpful and if we get stuck they're always there to help
