What differentiates UserWay from other similar products?

One thing that was really nice was the ability to trial the software and see if there were any issues implementing it as a solution on our sites before committing to a contract. This allowed us to do some soft testing and ensure compatibility prior to transacting. It was a really smooth transition then into the fully licensed product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When it comes to accessibility, I'm not up to date on all the different ways that digital content can be challenging to read/watch/absorb. Fortunately, Userway takes the work off my shoulders and provides 14 different types of customizable features with several styles of accessibility within each of those 14.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Once you have toggled a feature "on", turning it back off can be a challenge (depending on which feature it is).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Absolutely try it on your site/application prior to committing. Compatibility was not an issue for us but it did require a few updates to peripheral systems.
