Navigating through Upland PSA is a breeze, and the seamless integration setup adds to its charm. The platform excels in managing tasks, and its dashboard reporting is a visual treat. One of its strengths lies in the effective handling of billable resources, boosting employee productivity through insightful dashboards. I'm particularly impressed by its scalability, taking into account actual historic data and smoothly pulling information from different modules. The terminology consistency for specific items is a game-changer, eliminating a significant amount of confusion regarding the extent of work being done.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Navigating between tabs feels like a puzzle, Addressing issues and errors in Upland PSA has proven to be a challenging quest, akin to deciphering cryptic codes.

What differentiates Upland PSA from other similar products?
Upland PSA is a service that I exploit in the company to boost the capabilities and automation of services or software, to accelerate sales, client service, and problems in the corporate, improving capabilities and giving effective responses and so improving the work performed inside the company to be able to offer solutions and increase profits, happy that it worked fine is a very appropriate system to automate and helpful tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The options I favor best regarding Upland PSA are that it can generate project monetary reports exported or integrated with other applications along with report tracking and making customized reports as per requirements.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The feature I dislike about Upland PSA is that on large projects where financials are being entered and tracked heavily takes longer to refresh; aside from that Upland cannot have multiple currencies entered for one project.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It’s smart and simple to use, in fact with experience in alternative similar software, it is much simpler, and it is very versatile in project management and modifying filters also the menu is great, and its integration is good, it’s an intuitive tool and I love it because it is very functional. I like to recommend it because the useful straightforward tools worked very well without the requirement for third-party help or support, without prior data since it is an intuitive system and I love it. I like to recommend it.
