How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Internal user experience is disappointing.
What differentiates Unily from other similar products?
Not sure, Internal intranets look very similar and I’ve worked with many. I would say Unily had a more complicated CMS than most, the process to change some features was very long winded.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The layout, easy to move around on every page.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Complicated CMS, not user friendly for those who have to manage content for the intranet.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I wouldn’t recommend this product as the price is a lot higher than other providers and the CMS needs re-structuring. Also, the video aspect of the platform wasn’t advanced enough when I dealt with it, this update took ages to implement, so it’s not worth the money in my opinion.
Pros
- Friendly Negotiation
- Reliable
- Helps Innovate
- Performance Enhancing
Cons
- Commodity Features
- Less Caring
- Leverages Incumbent Status
