What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?

We've been a UKG (Kronos) customer for 19 years. The product has evolved into an efficient, solid, & core component of our organization. Ready is the best product of all the versions we have been on. The product is innovative, intuitive, & has flexible reporting, but the ABSOLUTE best thing about Ready is the support staff. They are amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cloud hosted & Support is phenomenal!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Releases sometimes are not promoted enough & some functional changes are delivered turned on & not optional for me to turn on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want the best Time & Attendance software on the market, look no further than UKG Ready.

Would like to see a little bit more access for super users for example to be able to view the product from each employee's view so we can see what they may be doing wrong or what they haven't finished in benefits to submit.
