What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?

UKG Support is by far the best of any company I have worked with ever. The support team gets to know you and how you use the ssytem to help you maximize the program.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The efficiency with which it gets the work done and the ease to do it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some features seem like they should be base level but are not. For example, dropdown list slectors for reports. You can still vreate a great report but a simple feature like that would be better,

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it. The ease with whihc they implement and ongoing support will get you quickly running.
