What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?

It has a very manageable interface, it is possible to centralize all the information in a single place for all processes at all stages, such as contracts, payrolls, and other relevant processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Online selection, onboarding process, work performance evaluation, payroll preparation and much more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its greatest virtue is simplicity. Perfect design, it presents its functions in an organized manner without reloading the screen, on the other hand, its use is simple.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Recommended alternative if you are going to need to carry out personnel management tasks: control schedules, shifts, documentation, selection of candidates, publication of vacancies or performance evaluation.
