What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

One of the few HRIS systems out there where you can truly get a 1 pane view for everything you need in your day. ATS - Termination and everything in between.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

has standard out of the box set up with the additional layer of business customization that you need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Horrible customer support when it goes above and beyond what you know. Wish there would be more opportunity to work directly with the developers and product teams as things seem super simple to fix or improve but takes 3+ years to make it seem possible to happen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

make sure that you have a strong tech knowledge and when you learn it, save it cause it will be hard to find it again. Once you make the connections with other customers, or find key individuals that know their UKG stuff there is a world of knowledge at your fingertips and things that you can constantly learn that will make the day to day life of the HR or payroll person easier.
