Uipath is market leader in RPA space and it differentiate with other products due to following resons 1. it has biggest community in RPA Industry with over 2 million people. 2. It very good material to learn. 3. It's very easy and straight forward to use and implement
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect for this product is AI center it has pre building AI models which we use seamlessly to integrate RPA mith AI/Ml and leverage our automation using these prebuild models like document understanding, sentiment analysis image analysis and also we can bring our own MLmodels.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It requires a lot of monitoring and it's prone to error

This is a great products on which you can invest to automate rule based repetitive work and cut cost and increase efficiency

We have used it across solutions to automate business work flows, Remedy AR Jobs, ITSM, ITPM, AI ChatBot integrations and there are load of use cases to which it caters

Ease of customization and upgrades of module files
What do you dislike most about this product?
Buggy around initial run, requires code optimization at all times

Uipath automation is way ahead in its game, rest are still coming up to match with current features
