While the vendor was there for support, we were often able to implement solutions independently due to the nice workflow

The price can get a bit expensive

What differentiates UiPath Business Automation Platform from other similar products?

UiPath allows you to very easily extract data or functionality from a wide variety of applications both on the web and desktop. There are plenty of available tasks that you can choose from to compile and create your own automation that will perform any task for you. Much like Visual Studio, you can find and fix bugs relatively quickly before compilation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The things which i liked most about UiPath are that the translation of the user interfaces into several languages, the availability of UiPath Orchestrator for mobile devices, Its powerful AI, efficient error handling mechanism, and a very prompt user community.

What do you dislike most about this product?

UiPath is really good to go in the RPA world and i found while using UiPath is that it does not provide enough support to be able to automate Citrix. Rest I am very good to go.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For any software, it is essential to have good support from the company, and this is where UiPath excels. Their community boards have been very helpful to us in many instances, and plenty of users are there to answer discussion threads. You may even see members of the UiPath team chime if a community member cannot resolve the query.

What differentiates UiPath Business Automation Platform from other similar products?

You have a strong connection to Windows and there is no barrier to creating code if you have VBA expertise. Because it is possible to manage GUI and modify your data on the same field, it is easy to work with and I enjoy it personally. Thanks to its strong affinity with Windows, this is a benefit to RPA tools. Since much of it is built in an autonomous environment, it is not restricted and may be utilized in a confident manner.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Certain products that are easier and easier to work with than UiPath are available, but they are restricted in their achievement and eventually cannot meet the rising expectations of "I want to do so" once they have been used. UiPath, because it has numerous functions and is flexible, is beneficial in that respect. Furthermore, features not included in basic functions can be added later, which allows even greater versatility.

What do you dislike most about this product?

UiPath utilizes browser elements with selectors, thus there are some browser variances. This part may not automatically be compatible, therefore you need to check and validate your operation if you merely change the browser type you are using.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Windows' strong affinity demonstrates that it can be utilized for a variety of reasons and is a helpful tool so long as developers can rely on it. If you have the skills to build VBA, you may design scenarios with respect to development so that you do not have to undertake extensive development efforts. It is not only feasible to operate independently but also with management tools so that a wide variety of operations are conceivable provided we are able to deal with the cost problem. If you are a novice that never put VBA together, it is tough, therefore that is the only part you need.
