What differentiates Twilio MessagingX from other similar products?

Twilio is the only tool out there which gives organisations and marketing departments the ability , with which to engage customers on preferred messaging channels. For us as a department, this has ensured that we are messaging target audiences on their most used messaging platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability for customers to opt-out of receiving our SMS marketing messages. This is critical for us when engaging customers , as it enable us to obey local regulatory laws which allows customers to opt-out of receiving unsolicited marketing messages, if they deem fit.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the present moment, Twilio messaging just does not provide me with enough analytical data as it relates to how our target customers relate with engagement content, on platforms like Telegram and Facebook messenger.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When it comes to text message marketing, this is easily still the number one platform globally. No challenge.

What differentiates Twilio MessagingX from other similar products?

Twilio messaging allows integration with a lot of third party applications. In my company , we have leveraged on the aforementioned to create newer ways , to maximize our Twilio messaging capability. The broad integration strength of Twilio is what I think stands it apart from any substitute application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Quality of support provided by Twilio is admirable. Likewise , the speed of message delivery , either for SMS or chat messaging on messengers is simply commendable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Twilio does not yet provide adequate analytical information around our engagements with target audiences. The inability to provide the aforementioned, does limit how effectively we can measure engagement levels.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As a business analyst , I understand the importance of engagement , when it comes to user acquisitions. Twilio simply helps businesses improve their customer engagement capabilities.

What differentiates Twilio MessagingX from other similar products?

We have been able to serve our customers much better through the different channels that we have been able to enable thanks to Twilio. We have everything centralized, from email, calls, to Whatsapp of the company, all in the same software, so that communication with the customer is not lost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The multichannel platform that this software presents is quite complete, as it goes from live chat, messaging, email and applications such as Whatsapp. Call routing allows to have a better monitoring of all incoming, outgoing and on hold calls.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a bit challenging to understand the software, some features we still don't fully understand. We have called technical support to help us with the integration of some programs, but have not been able to communicate with them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software has helped us a lot to have all the communication channels in a single platform and thus be able to help our customers faster and more efficiently. Our communication has improved, which has attracted many more clients, turning into profits for the company.
