Integrations with WhatsApp and SMS making marketing much easier, we can. Also schedule messages when they should be delivered and to which clients which saves time Fair pricing with exceptional features for messaging

It can get expensive at scale and lacks a fully built-in, no-code marketing/automation dashboard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you know your message volume and channels, keep your lists clean, handle opt-ins/opt-outs, watch costs if sending a lot, and use the APIs to track delivery and engagement.
