What differentiates Tungsten RPA from other similar products?
Help you maximize your workforce capacity with the robotic automation process. The tool helps increase productivity by automating repetitive tasks and improving overall performance. The tool’s AI robotics helps in thinking, acting and interpreting data instantaneously. Integration support is also available so that legacy systems can also run automation processes. The tool also has a no coding policy so minimum coding needed to be done. The tool also has a web extension support that allows you to work cross-platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Auto interpretation has allowed us to correct many mistakes that we face while manually implementing a program and accelerating our workflow. The tool also has intelligent document processing options that enable us to automate documented processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Integration support with third-party tools is not very effective. The tools offer document processing, but Natural Language processing is sometimes poor with a false interpretation that leads to a failing process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The tool is highly flexible and scalable with stateless, multi-threaded architecture. We have experienced issues with the support team but overall the experience was good.
