What differentiates truDigital from other similar products?
It's very straight forward - nothing fancy or unnecessary. It makes it easy to work in and get the job done. And their customer service is FANTASTIC
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Having one repository where we can store our digital billboarding media and then easily send out to all TVs in our company. Great for corporate internal communication
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI can be a bit clunky compared to other products. However, it's easy to use and the learning curve is not hard.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Pricing is fine for the quality of service. The training and support they offer is TOP NOTCH - so any issues you have can be addressed quickly and completely.

It was leaps and bounds better and easier than previous applications I've tried.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's super easy to use. Easy to set up and the staff actually answer their phones and emails when I've needed help (rarely needed) or had a question.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I've yet to find anything I don't like.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want a set it and remember it when it's time to update the display information solution, this is it!
