What differentiates Toast POS from other similar products?

The fact that it has its own payment platform rather than a third party which is already integrated is key.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The mobile terminals for ordering and payment as well as payment integration not using a third party

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes needs restarting if terminals aren't syncing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Speak to the support team thoroughly to get a proper understanding of the capabilities and limits of the product during setup.

What differentiates Toast POS from other similar products?

They are first to work with 3rd parties and if the 3rd party does a great job, they work hand in hand on functionality and integration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

They are first to try new things and work with people who actually work in the industry.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Over promise and under deliver some times. And aggressive sales and then limited follow through.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Basic product is great but have a persistent team for support and implementation of new features.
