Ease of customisation of the chat widget with our own branding and marketing materials which help us show promotions in forms of graphic right within the widget

What do you dislike most about this product?

Has no secure installation of the widget to log the user names once logged into our system which makes it hard to automatically understand the name of the person we are chatting with
