Malwarebytes is very reliable. I can't say anything more or less about the importance of its reliability.

nothing at the time of writing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I usually recommend this to anyone even for a casual conversation when there are talks in small business or big businesses. the software works and that I do not need to worry much when I use it.
