Intuitive and simple to use

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?

The ability to scale in the future and the ease of use. It's the most cost-effective solution to keep my little team safe. It is one of the most user-friendly pieces of antivirus software I have ever encountered. To keep my business safe, it will be a component of my long-term financial objectives.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We use the solution for a variety of reasons, one of which is to protect our endpoints. We also use the EDR service to secure servers and respond to emergencies. Malwarebytes, on the other hand, will be able to assist us in tracking how virus activities occurred, which will aid us in the restoration process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The main difficulty of this software is manual intervention because the scan must be started manually. Malwarebytes EDR solutions notify us in real-time, but they still don't perform automatic remediation; that's something we'll still have to do manually.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Malwarebytes is simple to use and intuitive. It does a good job at catching stuff for the most part. It's effective in putting a stop to things. I ran a few tests using a password cracker. We can truly roll back a huge ransomware attack on one of our endpoints.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?

Product is solid and the client is lightweight and actually is. other clients say they are but end up being resource hogs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

cloud managed

What do you dislike most about this product?

still needs some polishing of the cloud portal. sometimes its not as easy to navigate

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its an excellent product try it out and try out the cloud management, day one of deployment it found tons of things that defender did not. most were pretty much harmless but still should not be on the machines. and it blocks websites too

Pros

  • Respectful
  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable

Easy to use, but servers cost extra.

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?

The fact it is way more light weight and not as intrusive yet provides the same amount of protection and some.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can be alerted easily if someone gets something suspicious on their machine. I can isolate them immediately and remotely remedy the issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The portal online could be a little more user friendly. Selecting a large amount of machines to actively scan can sometimes be hit or miss. All of the tasks aren't always created. At times I have to double check to make sure I have the scans running.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for a trial first. Run some tests. You will see this product can be so much more light weight and far superior that those of other AV companies.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Enables Productivity
  • Trustworthy
