No problem as we had bad experiences with other similar software and this software has given us hope as so far we haven't had any problems.

It is necessary to have this protection and response system for day to day, since threats are always on the web and prevention is achieved with this software, I recommend it with a high rating, since it will improve protection to the maximum.

You had the choice to purchase it with phone support or email assistance when we made the purchase. We ultimately purchased email help since the price of phone support was so expensive. When we have problems, it takes a while for them to be resolved. Thankfully, we haven't frequently needed their assistance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Malwarebytes Endpoint Detection and Response provides the best potential to safeguard all of our endpoints against all types of attacks, including ransomware. It alleviates all of my concerns and allows me to focus more effectively on business expansion. Every organization, in my opinion, needs it.
