Probably the level of integraion with other MarTech products and technologies. Also nthe fact that it is more established than other platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How it has unlocked our ability to quickly rollout and test new marTech platforms but also how it has unlocked access to our data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Probably it's integration with CI/CD pipelines needs to be improved. i do know it is on their roadmap though.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure you are ready for the implementation, there is a reasonable amount of upfront work require to unlock it's capabilities.
