Most advanced configuration engine and modern, low-code application platform

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tacton is technology leader in complex product configuration, Tacton CPQ is always improving and they have systematically built the most knowledgeable and talented community around them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

CRM - CPQ and CPQ - PLM integrations and end-to-end concept could need some improvement. The product should not be developed as a point solution for configuration only.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Product configuration engine is critical part of manufacturing CPQ solution and this capability should never be overlooked. CPQ implementation always starts from product data and end-to-end data flow definitions, including ordering phase. Find knowledgeable implementation partners who are able to give guidance.

In country like India there is lot of scope for this product, small startups want to buy, but they are not selling the product directly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Quotation are accurate, will be reducing manual hours like quotation, engineer. We can avoid manual errors.
