Installations where IT Specialist are ignorant (Microsoft & Sql Specialist)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with the Minimum of Modules Use a Vendor that have years of Experience & Knowledge (On the Ground & In the environment) They have the Knowledge of the 20% 3rd party products to run your business effectively and the inclusion of your Business Structures is vital. Business processes define, clarified and approve by all Management, departments include your Department Heads and Staff The more Heads together the greater your success of a 100% Installation Customers Relationships are built during this process, Vendors in the environment and involvement spans years Product must do the work and You will reap the benefits

What differentiates SYSPRO ERP from other similar products?

My experience is based on SAP, so when using Syspro I found it not so friendly, and I had hard times running sales reports to the entire department just because segregation of roles wasn’t available. In addition, the parametrization for those reports were not very flexible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It’s a tool that offers an easy navigation, even though not intuitive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of integration between the functions, and reports not flexible for customization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s a fair ERP tool, which means you can find a good way to integrate your business with a reliable system. However, don’t expect flexibility and great functionalities.
