the SQL capabilities are good

The personalisation is goof but perhaps its too much

the navigation from one thing to another,

and the fact you cant open a programme more than once eg inventory query it very limiting

I have used multiple others, SYSPRO delivers all in one package database etc EXCEPT for MOM and thats at a huge cost

Fluidity of the processes, compact in deliverables

What differentiates SYSPRO ERP from other similar products?

Not sure, I have only used SYSPRO ERP in my career

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to customise the system, and how simple the SQL table structure is. It's something that is overlooked, as it makes setting up custom SQL views that pull to excel phenomenally easy. I've working with MS Dynamics CRM and the SQL table structure is ridiculous and actively hampers report creation, SYSPRO however is fantastic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes things don't work just because you haven't pressed tab when entering text into a field.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

May sound obvious but making sure you setup SYSPRO correctly before using it, considering how youll use the system if you were to grow/scale up, will make using it 1000 times better. I inherited a system that was setup poorly and have had to deal with numerous issues and spent hours fixing issues while acomodating for historic data reporting.
