Symantec team need to provide advance training so it can be better for Administrators to handle this Symantec Endpoint Protection tool.

What differentiates Symantec Endpoint Security from other similar products?
if compared with other antivirus software, Symantec provides a variety of features as a conventional antivirus softwares.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The management console
What do you dislike most about this product?
Adding devices with the tool and syncing it to the management console by sending the sync file again to register it to the management console if the device deos not show up on console. It also has an issue which creates duplicate entries of the devices if the device works as a workstation and has multiple user session. Each user session becomes an entry on the console.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Change the SEP from a conventional AV to an EDR and add some latest features to it
