Easy to use, but a bit pricey

What differentiates Swoogo from other similar products?

I feel "heard" when we make suggestions. Customer service is the best and very responsive!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Swoogo is a very easy "sell" to our potential clients. When they see it they love it too.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Swoogo is very flexible and allows us to meet the needs of our many clients.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I wish we got more limited access/reporting users in our package but there is even a work around for that by building a password-protected report site.

What differentiates Swoogo from other similar products?

The quality of the product for the price is remarkable. The ease of set up, software integration and constant updates to the product make Swoogo an excellent choice for our clients and their events, conferences and seminars. We pushed the limits with the staff on integrations, gamification and networking/engagement - as well as live and pre-recorded sessions, musical performances, auctions, pledges and more and they all went off without issues. I highly recommend Swoogo to you and your clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our favorite aspect is the ability to customize the product for each of our clients' branding needs. We also like the ability to send out push notifications, polling, financial reports, invoicing and social media.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You need to think conditionally about your set up. We like this aspect of the product - 'if this then that' - so if you are not fully prepared to set up, you will need to go back and make amendments to your set up. Think through your registration needs in advance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We highly recommend the personal training and the support tools. If you have a question, it has probably been answered within Swoogo - you just need to look it up in Support and follow the steps. Take advantage of the training and the support staff - they are great!
