What differentiates Swoogo from other similar products?

The ease of set-up for registration, and the ability to customize mobile app.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to share the mobile app with registrants was great!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Getting things set up wasn’t always intuitive; there was a lot of trial/error and testing before we were able to get to a place we liked for the Registration Site & App. Designing the website for our event ended up falling to the back-burner.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Understand your need for the app at the same time you are planning for event; there were many missed opportunities because it took some time to understand functionalities between the site v mobile app that we ended up just using a very basic version instead of leveraging all the app had to offer.
