It is very easy to use, gives several options for gathering responses, the prices are reasonable, gives some branding options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy to generate small surveys with this product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not have flexibility in terms of survey design and formatting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need something to create small and simple surveys fast, this is a good product. If you need something more complex, then perhaps not.

What differentiates Survio from other similar products?

Survio is a very visual and easy to use tool. In addition, the availability of different templates and types of questions helps to reduce the interviewer's work, as it reduces the time needed to prepare the surveys. In our case, we use it at the university as a complement to our statistical work, and also in the office to find out the opinion of people who have participated in various of our workshops. So far it has generated a lot of trust and the user participation rate has been very high.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity of use of the tool (that it is so visual), both when creating and sending the questions and receiving the answers. It saves us time, which we can spend on more important tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The free version is very limited, and not all companies can afford the paid features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking to streamline your work procedures, Survio is the tool that you need. It has many internal functionalities and its use is simple and intuitive, any member of the team, regardless of their training, will be able to manage it.
