What differentiates SurveySparrow from other similar products?

The feature set is incredible and continues to expand. Clear documentation, active user community. The “Sparrow” is consistently used in marketing campaigns and corporate branding.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Quality over quantity. Robust platform with stellar support. Experienced leadership. Alway nice when things just work ✅

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no the to dislike “most”. There is always room for improvement in any company. SurveySparrow is no exception to this rule and they are well aware of this. Included functionality per different tier/plan could be made even more clear. Is being worked already.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sign up for SurveySparrow’s 14 day free trial and schedule your calendar accordingly. As with every products, there is a learning curve. While it is not necessarily steep in SurveySparrow’s case (plenty of documentation and their support team ready to assist), don’t start exploring the system in day 12 of the trial period…
