What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?

The platform has a very friendly graphical interface, which facilitates management and quick learning. Sales are faster, organizational information is more accurate, and integration of different departmental processes are better. The flow of information is perfect; carrying out processes, follow-up, completion, and finalization is excellent. The tool is very friendly; some add-ons must be licensed, but to start with, it is beneficial. Native integration with other platforms is not complicated; this helps us to enhance our processes. The support team is very responsive; you get a quick answer if something is not working well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sugar is a strong CRM with many advanced features that improves the company processes. It is easy to use and maintance, it is continually enhancing. SugarCRM can be adapted very easy to the individual needs for a company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface could be a little bit more attractive and simple to use. It could be a little slower sometimes. Partner network could be better in central america. The dashboard could improve the graphs. Documentation could be better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The tool is awesome, it is easy to use, and if you have the right provider, the implementation is fast and transparent. Feel free to contact your local supplier for a demo, you can request a trial with the manufacturer to test all the functionality of the tool. SugarCRM improves the internal processes of the company and makes it closer to the customers.

SugarCRM - An effective and efficient CRM

What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?

SugarCRM has the highest net promoter score among all other CRM Products. It takes collaboration and open communication to a whole new level. It is loved by Sales team. If you are moving from another CRM to SugarCRM, the migration can easily be done via APIs. We love its customizability, wide variety of integrations. The per user pricing of SugarCRM may be higher than Salesforce, but it offers way more features. It also can be hosted either on cloud or on-premises. It is ideal for small teams without having to go through the complexity of Salesforce.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is the way different teams can collaborate with each to bring about a solution to the vendor's issues. What better way to resolve problems than involving the vendor/customer in the problem-solving process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even though SugarCRM offers a lot of features, it lacks advanced features like AI (offered by Salesforce), which would have provided more FTE benefits for a team. Also the navigation and calendar system is very cumbersome. But thanks its integration features, we use to integrate it with Google Calendar.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SugarCRM is one of the best CRMs in the market. If you have a small team or part of an SMB, it will meet all your requirements. It is easy to understand and use (unlike Salesforce).

What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?

Very commonly, a manager would usually use reports to deepen the Bank's Necessity data. There are many different forms of reports available plus a report generator that can be used to produce their own reports. Reports may have a spreadsheet format and be exportable to stand out. You should also apply diagrams to your files so you can display your data in a circle or funnel graph. It is a fantastic software to keep around for a long time because of its vast capabilities. SugarCRM offers an Outlook supplement so you can quickly store emails to Sugar as part of your customer's past.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The drag and drop tools have the exact configuration of what you need. You can highlight key details to help get information about the account at a glance, this page can be modified by each user to select the data to highlight. A complete image of the activity with this customer can be collected, such as phone calls, documents, e-mails, and contact information. I may also move to a chronological look if I want to highlight any latest changes for this client. This view of operation flow also helps me to post notes and to communicate directly with colleagues within CRM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a good product, however the user interface looks outdated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the things that a sales representative could perform could go to the potential customer module and open my list of potential customers. You can block my call notes as I call or until I stop, as well as plan the follow-up steps. When you determine that a person qualifies, you want to convert this potential customer into an opportunity. The migration phase of prospective buyers would copy all necessary data into the main account and contact lists, as well as encourage you to enter the transaction information so you can follow the sales procedure and, fortunately, perform the company transaction.
