The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

What differentiates Stack Overflow for Teams from other similar products?
This product is really focused on Question & Answers and this is were it shines: content structured as Q&A, tagged, very efficient search engine to find questions and answers. This is not a wiki and this is exactly with it's great.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Q&A format force structure of content, and this is very good. Stack Overflow for teams is also really fast. Tagging of content is also a very efficient way to find it back, and full text search is really efficient. The included markdown editor is also easy and intuitive. The product is so simple hands on is immediate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We were also expecting much of gamification to help develop Q&A, because it is a very developed culture for public Stack Overflow, but we were disappointed on that one with SO for teams. The current reputation system - the same as public Stack Overflow - just doesn't work for teams. As the capability to up/downvote questions and answers is locked with rules of public Stack Overflow, related to users "reputation", there is no easy way to boost a question or an answer and makes it more visible for other users. This is very dommageable as this blocks other possible uses of the product (for example polling questions).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use Stack Overflow for teams for what it is designed for: Q&A. As the lowest level plan is free - and not time bombed - you can give if a try without risk at a small team level. In my firm we even downgraded from paid version to free one, because the additional provided features between free and basic were useless for us.
