Unlike other tools, we can say that it is unique because its user-friendly architecture with and without professional code gives all users a quality experience without any effort.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like the most about this tool is that we can deploy bots without any effort, because it is very easy to use and, in addition to its very intuitive interface, it allows even people with little experience with the product or programming to use it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my personal opinion, I can say that this is a very complete tool and we have not found anything wrong with this product, but we believe that it is a great product for our organization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the reasons we recommend this tool is that this product can be easily customized to your needs and works well with most of the latest software.

What differentiates SS&C Blue Prism Enterprise from other similar products?
I have worked with Blue Prism for a while now. We have used Blue Prism to automate fixed processes in our organization, with a dedicated department for RPA. Our automation process mainly consists of data migration between systems, which we chose to automate using Blue Prism because of its cost-effectiveness, 24/7 operation, and financial return the software allows for human intervention when necessary, which was beneficial. The Blue Prism platform is the cornerstone of our RPA center of excellence.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The tool can be implemented with a .NET language and has a great debugging system. Our organization uses Blue Prism to create a digital workforce of software robots, which is cost-efficient, versatile, and accurate. The Blue Prism portal provides lots of information and study materials, as well as support and knowledge center.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a user base for the tool, but it lacks a strong and established user community. Robot tasks are in the box but they should be outside the box I believe.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The tool can be learned by users with basic understanding of coding and IT, and does not require expertise in a specific programming language like Java. Accurate automation can be achieved if the code and rulesets are properly developed. It is also easy to install and set up, with several built-in objects and functionalities.

What differentiates SS&C Blue Prism Enterprise from other similar products?
Blue Prism intensifies our processes, improves and simplifies our productivity, it is easy to customize software, other similar software have complicated procedures and confuse the inexperienced user, but this software is not as it is easy to understand and use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like using Blue Prism because it's easy to be fluent and create solutions instantly and automatically, as the bots allow for professionalism with their artificial intelligence. I like the support because it's always available and the feature set keeps productivity constant.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can't say anything negative because it hasn't happened, from the beginning our most experienced team collaborated in the implementation and we received good advice from the technical support team so that the process was carried out normally.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is very easy for our team to recommend it, because it is the software with the most positive experiences that can be found, it decreased repetitiveness and increased fluency in our departments.
