What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?
It is designed to be applied to small, medium and large companies that use the web as a tool to position the product online. From its tracking of competitors, it issues newsletters about changes they are making to their products. Informing media professionals where they need to put more emphasis to improve their promotions, sales, service offerings, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Creates ad hoc reports based on key performance indicators, metrics and online product and competitor behavior. Works with communication dashboards to monitor and control the web and online social networks. Designs appropriate lines within your strategic planning to enable proper marketing flow within the web. Employs and monitors keywords that allow customers to concentrate on the goods. Lastly and most importantly, since this is your area of development, perform real-time monitoring of your website and social networks of the company and your competitors.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It does not show what are the mentions of competitors within the whole web. When there are repeated keywords the tracking of your information becomes tedious and of little interest to the company.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It automates the data from the fast and reliable obtaining of competitors, their flow of changes on the web, their previous and subsequent pages, their errors within the same and social networks. It allows users to see the updates of the competition, to be able to study and analyze them in such a way that the company can apply competitive strategies that achieve the success of the product in the market against the competition.

What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?
Since implementing and using Sprout Social, we have noticed a better performance in managing our organization's social media accounts. It simply simplifies everything when it comes to managing social networks and measuring the effectiveness of everything we post on them. The reports we get from Sprout have helped us to better plan our brand's social networks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the best qualities of this tool is the ease and speed with which we can program content for our social networks and monitor all publications to measure their effectiveness. The analytical capacity of this program is one of its most outstanding features and the reports it generates have played a fundamental role in the social growth of our brand. Sprout Social is undoubtedly an excellent tool for social network management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only flaw of Sprout is that the mobile application is not as good, in my opinion, as the computer one, this is due to the lack of important functions, without a doubt, it still has a wide margin for improvement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I have to highly recommend it, it is a simply exceptional tool to plan and manage several social networks in one place. Its user interface is intuitive, scheduling content is easy and its analytics are excellent.

The customer support was definitely better than most!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Scheduling out posts and having a very clear visual of the social calendar was great not only for me managing the accounts, but also helpful for leadership to get a quick snapshot of what was going on.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There was not anything I had a major issue with

Do your homework comparing to other softwares, but this one is hard to beat for the value considering the robustness of the tool.
