What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?

I think the biggest differentiator is you can manage multiple social media accounts from one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to manage and monitor different social media accounts from different clients is my favorite aspect. This has allowed my team better productivity and has allowed us to create better strategies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think it is a very very details software, sometimes it can be overwhelming and hard to navigate on it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Train as much as you can, educate yourself on this software to be able to take advantage of all the features.

What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?

Posts may be scheduled with ease across several platforms, and you can leverage Instagram's Sprout Link in Biography feature, in addition to having access to analytics and tracking data. Making reports and juggling many accounts is a breeze. Tools exist that make reporting and monitoring critical KPIs easy. To anyone in need of permanent social media management, I heartily recommend sprout.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very user-friendly, especially the recommended posting times. Removes a lot of uncertainty from our social media marketing and brand awareness efforts. With Sprout's assistance, we are able to monitor the development of our organic initiatives and report on critical data for all of our accounts. We are able to keep track of all of our client information in one central location and schedule posts with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sprout's updates aren't always riveting reading. Simple report designs don't communicate much, and the charts can get convoluted. There is room for improvement in the content reporting in particular.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With Sprout Social, I have a single place to go to handle all of my social media needs. I appreciate how flexible Sprout is in terms of rearranging previously planned posts. Having a slick dashboard to track and manage my social media activities is a nice bonus.
