What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?

The ability to centrally manage all of our social media account information has saved us a lot of time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to schedule, manage and create content on all our social networks is what we value most as an organization about the SproutSocial platform. The ability to set up a calendar to play content is a really useful tool; the reality is that there are times when we just don't have time to come up with new ideas and this tool makes our lives a lot easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There aren't many things we don't like about the platform, but one thing we absolutely hate is how frustrating it is when we can't make changes to our failed posts. Every time this happens, we have to start over and redo everything, which is a huge pain.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As far as social media management tools go, Sprout Social is at the top of the list. You can automate processes, schedule posts in advance, monitor mentions and evaluate performance, among many other important features. Its simple, easy-to-use design makes it ideal for marketing teams of any size.

What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?

The audience listening capability of Sprout social is unrivalled by any other social media management program which I have tried. We have leveraged it to track thousands of conversations happening on various social media programs, around topic of interests most critical to our product and services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Optimal Send Time feature on Sprout has been most appealing to me. This feature examines our engagement history with social media audience over a specific period of time, and uses the data generated to predict the ideal time for us to post contents to our audience on various social media programs. Sprouts Optimal send feature has greatly helped us to maximize audience engagement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no way to like posts or comments on Instagram, directly from the Sprout social media management interface. This is the only area where I can say, I have reservations about my use of Sprout.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sprout social connects different areas of social media management like engagement, listening , publishing and analytics together.
