What differentiates Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk from other similar products?

Not sure, Prior to this we were using paper copies - Maintenance Requests - that had been in place since the late 1990s.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User can fill out a request from their workstation, and it goes into a queue for our IT guys to stay organized.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing, it is excellent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

explore it, it keeps employees in their seats - and allows faster response time from IT.
