What differentiates Sociabble from other similar products?
Sociabble is incredibly straightforward to use and understand. The various channels enable the classification of the contents coherently. The various animations with campaigns and challenges are very fascinating to dynamize the program. The answer offers a modern content display and a refreshing user experience. The way content is often organized facilitates maximizing the reach and also the engagement features. Mobile App is ergonomic and simple to use. Metrics provided help monitor – population by population – the level of engagement and worker advocacy level.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It’s straightforward to use and administer. Our regional marketing groups run varied challenges for their various sales and SDR team to stay updated on the new marketing collaterals and conjointly encourage sharing it on social media. With the recent upgrade to analytics, the dashboard offers additional insights into the support and content engagement by the users. The client support is top-notch and they go all the answers to support us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The main issue I had at the start was with the analytical part however I was happy to examine that they’d redesigned the complete analytics part, we now have access to additional information although generally, it can still be a bit difficult to investigate some data because it’s difficult to grasp what specifically they correspond to.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The UX in Sociabble is nice for directors and users.
