What differentiates SOCI Social from other similar products?
SOCi does what other products like Birdeye do, but worse. The people that work for SOCi are all very professional and the product is cost-efficient, but the AI is diabolical and lacks key features such as creating standard response templates that respond to reviews that fit certain critera.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It lacks key features for reputation management and listing services.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would look create a list of features you want to use, and see if SOCi has those features for the price point your Operations Team has approved. SOCi can be absolutely great for the right features, it really just depends on if it fits what your current needs are.
