Architecture and ability to spin up the new warehouses. Along with time travel feature is really interesting (Undropping a table is just wow)

No support for traditional indexes, and its shady sometimes how to improve performance.

ensure you know you are going to transform data, snowflake doesn't do it. also understand the warehouse licensing model, which is where the majority of the cost will reside.
