One of the best Messaging first tool!

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?

It offers the best messaging experience in the category. It also has an excellent message search capabilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's UI is one of the best in class. Also it lets us connect with people outside the organization with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Video calls are not as exquisite as other tools and it doesn't justify the heavy pricing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with a free plan but it retains messages for only 90 days. So ensure not to have any critical information there. If your organization already uses MS Teams, then validate how Slack can make a difference and take a call.
