What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack does what it does extremely well and largely better than anything that might be considered a competitor.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Slack has become something almost like email where people don't realize the benefits it offers them anymore. It becomes a seamless part of your experience at work and the asynchronous communication it enables is great for productivity and communication. Really can't imagine going back.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing that's actually the product's fault, to be honest.
