What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
When it comes to business communication, Slack is a fantastic tool. It has some great features that I really like, such as real-time messaging, audio and video calling, and screen sharing, which makes it a great combination. It integrates with well-known tools such as Google Drive, Office 365, and others. It has a workflow builder that allows you to automate routine actions and communication. All of these amazing features combine to make Slack one of the best.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In Slack, team communication is extremely effective. It supports file sharing as well as messaging calling. Integrates easily with third-party tools such as Bitbucket. I like how it organizes all of those groups and makes it simple to navigate. I can create different workspaces for different groups as well as channels for various departments. It is cross-platform compatible, so I can easily access it from any device.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When it comes to business communication, Slack is unrivaled. There are a few things I'd like to see improved, such as the ability to completely delete text; currently, you can only edit the text you sent but not delete it. If you are on a free plan, old messes will also vanish. Aside from that, it's an excellent piece of software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Slack is highly recommended by me if you are looking for a reliable communication tool that can do almost everything you want and is simple to use. It has all of the great features that an all-in-one business communication tool should have, such as messaging, calling, file and screen sharing, and so on.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
UI is pleasant to the eye, ease of use and breadth of features, many app integrations that do not exist in competitors. Huddles are extremely convenient and fast to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How much control it gives me over my notifications. Formatting options.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reactions spam.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's easy to use, intuitive, and supports a vast number of app integrations. I think it takes a relatively short time for a team to adapt to this product.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack has allowed us to build quite a large community through all the options our company needed. It is possible to schedule chat rooms and groups through Slack to make communication more appropriate for all our departments. They are constantly growing, which is great as they are always adding new options and new tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Thanks to Slack we have managed to set up many communication channels, something that we had not achieved before with any other software and we maintained a linear communication and it was always one to one. We have been able to intensify through Slack the ability to send weekly mass mailings, saving us a lot of time and work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Slack gives us many guarantees with the infinite tools it presents, but this can play a point against us because sometimes there are so many tools that we do not know what to use. We must be very careful when we want to save a conversation for more than a week because Slack has hidden functions that if not configured automatically deletes the messages after 7 days.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Thanks to Slack we have managed to replace the common means of communication we had for a channel that reaches the customer more directly and is more effective when it comes to transmitting the message. Slack is really easy to use and is very attractive to the eye due to the great synchronization and integration it has with many devices.
