What differentiates Slack from other similar products?

It's lovely its robust notifications system is excellent, and easy to customize, I can adjust the notifications to only send you an alert when a particular keyword is mentioned, or to do it only if you send a private message, it also offers several options for notification sounds when you're in the app.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Slack's main purpose is to serve as an online messaging platform, it can be used on Windows, Mac OS, Android and iOS, it allows to create teams immediately, flexible to have several teams in a single user account, it facilitates two types of channels the public and the private, the former are threads to which all team members can access and participate. A private channel, on the other hand, is only accessible to team members specified by the channel's creator.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In general, it is simple and practical, it only takes a little time for connectivity.

I recommend Slack is easy to use and customize to meet the needs of any organization, large or small, it also keeps your prospects high with emojis, customizable giphys is really a great tool for teams working in different areas and even if everyone is together in the same office.

In our Sales sector, maintaining consistent communication has become very important. Slack has been a fantastic platform and has provided the communication that encourages us so much to work every day. I believe that Slack, unlike other team communication platforms, provides us with more open channels, capable of supporting more members and also provides us with a very fluid system which does not have delays in receiving messages, despite having many channels communication created in our work area.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most about Slack is its notification system, because it does not interrupt my work area and allows me to keep informed about every movement that is in the chat channels. I consider that the notification system is instantaneous, it alerts me at the exact moment when I receive a message and it alerts me when there are all kinds of changes in the communication channels. I am very grateful to this system, because I can carry out my daily work routine, and at the same time I can stay informed of everything that is discussed in my work area.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the features that should be improved in Slack is the file or document delivery system. Slack offers a file submission through each chat channel that is created, however, I am not so satisfied with this file submission system because it takes longer than normal to upload each file and then be sent, I consider that the system it should be faster to streamline information sharing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The main reason why I would recommend Slack is because it offers a much more advanced system than others, which allows conversations to be carried out with better message receptivity and can be viewed instantly. The second reason why I would recommend this platform is because it offers more general communication, you can create all kinds of chat channels that have connection with other areas of a company, which helps to have a perfect interaction of all employees .
